John Stokes brings over 25 years of international industrial engineering experience to ODS leadership. Having held executive roles across multiple sectors including engineering, power and construction John is dedicated to driving innovation, operational excellence and sustainable growth. His strategic vision and empowering leadership positions ODS as a market leader for innovative engineering to meet developing construction solutions.

Richard Walsh brings over 20 years of experience in steel engineering, having joined the company in 2003 and later leading its digital transformation and Offsite Division. With a background in mechanical engineering and a people-focused leadership style, he drives the company’s strategic growth and industry success.

Declan is a chartered accountant (FCA), with over 20 years of experience in senior finance leadership positions across international blue-chip companies and markets. As CFO he is responsible for all aspects of the finance function, guiding its financial strategy through its expansion into new international markets and sectors.

Paul brings over 23 years of experience and dedication to the company. Starting as an apprentice Metal Fabricator in 2001, he became a qualified Metal Fabricator by 2005, later working as a draughtsman before becoming Factory Manager in 2012 and advancing to his current role.

As Operations Manager, Paul oversees daily operations, focusing on quality, efficiency, service, and safety, playing a key role in ODS’s ongoing success.

Charles Walsh is a Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineer with over 20 years of experience in delivering complex projects. With deep technical expertise and a passion for innovation, he drives growth and enhances ODS’s modular and offsite construction capabilities.

Aidan, Industrial Division Manager at ODS, brings 20+ years of experience in structural steel. Since joining in 2014, he has led ODS’s most complex projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. A key member of senior management, his expertise is invaluable.

Jerry, a Structural Engineer with a background in agriculture, has 20 years of experience in the building industry, including 12 years specialising in agricultural buildings. He oversees projects from design and quotations to manufacturing and on-site construction, ensuring seamless project delivery.

Adrian holds a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management and has 20+ years as a Senior Estimator in structural steel across industrial, commercial, offsite, and modular sectors. With 6+ years in steel procurement, he oversees estimating, procurement, quantity surveying, and production planning.
