We offer a comprehensive service from initial design to complete construction.
- Full site survey completed prior to manufacture to ensure design accuracy.
- Liaise with building contractors / other sub-contractors to agree and finalise details.
- Full scan completed on every project with our 3D scanner which can be uploaded onto TEKLA Structures for detailing. This ensures design accuracy and precise detailing.
- Versatile 3D modelling using TEKLA Structures software producing precise and high-quality fabrication drawings.
- Technical support provided from the early design phase through to project completion in line with customer requirements.
- Grant approved building designed and erected in accordance with all relevant Department of Agriculture Specifications
Health & Safety
We strictly follow all Health and Safety Regulations and act as PSDS and PSCS for steel and cladding erection, with proper client appointment documentation.
For every project our fully insured erectors work under comprehensive Health and Safety Plans and Method Statements, taking into account site specific risk assessments.
We install fire-resistant safety nets and edge protection before roof sheeting to prevent falls, absorb impact, and protect people and property from falling tools and materials. This system ensures safe movement for our team while maintaining high safety standards. Our trained installers handle the setup and removal once the roof is complete.
